Townco Equipment & Supply Company was founded in the mid 1960s by Jay and Ruth Townsend of Mableton, Georgia. As owners of one of the very first self-service car washes in the country, the Townsend’s saw the need for a dependable, local source of replacement parts and supply products. The business soon grew to include Townco’s own line of quality-built self-service car washing equipment.

Through the years, Townco, based in the Atlanta area, has served car wash owners from far and wide. Car washes equipped with Townco systems can be found from South Georgia to Jerome, Idaho, from Florida to Michigan. Townco is also international with many units in places such as Australia and South Korea.

Today, Townco is still family owned and operated. The focus remains the same—to be here for the car wash owner/investor. It is a place where personal one-to-one service is guaranteed.
