Townco will assist you with as much or as little help as you require. Because this is your investment, and not a franchise or chain operation, there are several things you should consider:

• Pick a Site: The location and the cost of the site sets the framework for the entire car wash project; many decisions and choices cannot be made until the site is determined. Townco will make recommendations on possible sites as needed.
• Zoning / Utilities: The site you choose must be zoned commercial or be able to obtain such zoning. The site must also have access to sewer and utilities. Townco can give you a list of the specific utilities required.
• Check on Financing: Talk to your local bank and/or funding source. Find out if they will consider loaning funds for a car wash and what information they will require from you. Townco can supply some basic income statistics for presentation.
